Sarah Rose Hall, 77, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011 in Charlestown.
She was born on June 5, 1934 to Will Green Cooper, Sr. and Lucy Owens Cooper in Magoffin Co., KY. She was a retired production worker for the old ICI Americas. She was a member of the O.E.S. Blazing Bright #597, member of the Charlestown Township Democrat Club, and a member of the Old Salem United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers, Charles Cooper, Forrest Cooper, and Owens Cooper.
Survivors include her husband, Clay Hall of Charlestown, IN; sons, Mike Hall (Debbie) of Charlestown, IN, and Clay Anthony “Tony” Hall (Pam) of Charlestown, IN; daughter, Ruth Ann Rawlings of Charlestown, IN; brother, W.G. Cooper, Jr. of Marysville, IN; sisters, Phyllis A. Pack of Frankfort, KY, Janet S. Becker of Titusville, FL, and Patricia L. Kologe of Louisville, KY; 11 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at 11am at the Grayson Funeral Home, with burial in the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2pm to 8pm and after 9am on Saturday.
