Sarah Roberta Braswell, 88, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011 at the University of Louisville Hospital.
She was born on April 30, 1923 to Clyde Jeffey and Mary Pearl Logsdon Huff in Owensboro, KY. She was a member of the Faith World Church in Charlestown. She was preceded in death by her husband; Doug Braswell, a son; Bobby Braswell,|
and son-in-law; Jack F. Aaron.
Survivors include her sons; Ronnie Braswell (Debbie) of Charlestown,IN, and Tim Faulkner (D.J.) of Fredericksburg, IN; daughters; Darlene Akemon (Bill) of Charlestown, IN, and Diann True (Lewis) of Indianapolis, IN; brother; Russell Huff of Connecticut; 19 Grandchildren; 40 Great-Grandchildren; 11 Great-Great Grandchildren; and a special friend; Sandra Denhard.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home, with burial in the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 1pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Wednesday.
