Samuel James Wainscott, Jr., 61, passed away Friday at Brownsboro Hills Nursing Home.
He was born on November 1, 1950 in Clark Co., IN to Samuel and Hazel Roberts Wainscott, Sr. He was a volunteer and a member of the Clifton Baptist Church in Louisville.
He is survived by a brother Lance Moore.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Monday, December 19, 2011 at the Grayson Funeral Home, Charlestown with burial in Owen Creek Cemetery. Visitation will after 10 a.m. Monday
