She was born on May 28, 1942 to Thomas Carl and Nora Agnes Hawkins Reynolds in Clark Co., IN and passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at Norton's Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She worked in the admissions department at Norton's Hospital. She was a member of the North Charlestown Church of God and the founder of the Women's Ministry at the church.
Survivors include her brother, David Reynolds of Charlestown, IN; nephew, David Reynolds of Charlestown, IN; niece, Kelly Mayott of New Albany, IN; great nephew, Ethan Reynolds of Charlestown, IN.
