Russell Estil Goode, 71, of Charlestown, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Blevins Residential Care Home in Charlestown.
He was born on April 21, 1943 to Henry O. and Anna B. (Ambrose) Goode in Louisville, KY. He was a retired truck driver for Matlack Trucking in Louisville, KY. He is a member of the Living Waters House of Prayer in Charlestown, and Greensburg Masonic Lodge in Greensburg, KY. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Mary Wagoner Goode; daughter, Sherrie Ann Marshall; brother, Ray E. Goode.
Survivors include his son, Timothy Russell Goode of Louisville, KY, and his daughter, Theresa Baker of Camby, IN; 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 11am at the Living Waters House of Prayer in Charlestown, with burial to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, KY. Visitation will begin on Wednesday from 1pm to 8pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, and after 9am on Thursday at the Church. Masonic service will be held at 7pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
