He was born on March 5, 1948 in Sturgoen Bay, WI the son of Alvin and Wilma Berns Conard.
He is survived by her mother Wilma Conard of Charlestown, IN; brothers Kenneth A. Conard of Louisville, KY and Dale Conard of Georgetown, IN; sisters Judith August of Clarksville, IN, Christine Conard of Louisville, KY, and Sandra Arispe of Chicago, IL.
