Rose Marie Tucker, 77, of Charlestown, IN passed away on March 4, 2015 at Norton Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY. She was born in New Albany, IN on March 4, 1938 to Adam Earl and Ann Marie Gahan Flynn.
Rose was an office manager at various Doctor’s offices including Dr. Goodman, Drs. Jones and Voskuhl and Dr. Matibag. She was also a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Charlestown.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son; Jimmy Tucker, grandchildren; Bryan Tucker, Sheila Cook, and Shannon Tucker; siblings; Adam, Jack, Jimmy, Joe, and Thomas Flynn, Patricia Schafer, and Kathleen Flynn.
Survivors include her husband; Willis Tucker Sr., sons; Willis Tucker Jr., (Georgetta Richardson) of Charlestown and Steven Tucker (Jose) of Jeffersonville, IN, daughters; Susan Oelze and Lisa Tucker of Charlestown, brother; Robert Flynn of Charlestown, grandchildren; Candace Ramge, Erin Tucker and Samantha Tucker of Jeffersonville, Tiffany and Amanda Oelze of Charlestown; great grandchildren, Jake Cook and Aubrey Tucker of Charlestown and Madison and, Shelby Ramge of Jeffersonville..
Funeral services will be held on Monday March 9, 2015 at 10:00 am at the St. Michael Catholic Church in Charlestown. Visitation will be on Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Monday after 9:00 am at Grayson Funeral Home with burial at Charlestown Cemetery.
