Ronald Wayne Dvorak, Jr., 48 of Jeffersonville passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 at his home.
Ronald was born November 10, 1966 in Xenia, OH the son of Ronald Wayne Dvorak, Sr. and Marie Gentry Humes. He was a former Manager with Domino’s Pizza and formerly worked at Buck Heads in Jeffersonville.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Marie and James Humes of Charlestown, IN; daughters, Krystal Marie and Jasper; sons, Ronald and Thomas; brother, Timothy Humes of Charlestown. He was preceded in death by his father Ronald Wayne Dvorak, Sr.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 12 Noon at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will also be held on Saturday beginning at 11:00 A.M. until time of services. Burial was private in Charlestown Cemetery.
