Roger Anthony Palmer, 67, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away Friday, June 25, 2010 at his home.
He was born the son Roscoe Gordon Palmer and Anna Wessel Palmer. He was an Air Force Veteran, was self employed, and he was a Kentucky Colonel.
He is survived by his wife Janet Williams Palmer of Jeffersonville, IN; sons, Mark Palmer of Clarksville, IN, Matthew Palmer of Clarksville, IN, and Scott Gwaltney of Byrdstown, TN; daughters; Cara Allen of Charlestown, IN, and Tamatha Linzay of Jeffersonville, IN ; brothers; John G. Palmer of Cumberland, KY, and David Palmer of Elizabethtown, KY; sisters; Deloris Gathof of Louisville, KY, Sharon Reynolds of Charlestown, IN; Mary G. Borraga of Jeffersonville, IN, and Patricia Borraga of Jeffersonville, IN;
7 Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and after 9:00 A.M. Tuesday.
