Roger D. Huser, 56 of Lexington, IN passed away on Wednesday February 15, 2017 at his home.
He was born on February 29, 1960 to Orville and Beatrice (Hendricks) Huser in Indianapolis, IN. He was a trustee, executive board member and vice president for Labors Union # 795 in New Albany, IN, a member of the Labors Union # 561 in Evansville, IN and a member of the Labors Union # 576 in Louisville, KY and a member of English Masonic Lodge # 622.
He was preceded in death by his parents; great granddaughter Alexis Grace Smith and brothers, Charles and Paul Huser.
Survivors include his wife, Lana Blythe Huser; son, David Cooper (Katrina) of Hanover, IN; daughter, Lydia Reardon (Justin) of Lafayette, IN; birth mother, Nila Bryant of Kentucky; sisters, Vera Vansickle of Bainbridge, IN, Gail Carey and Debbie Partida (J.P.) of Indianapolis, IN, Diane Hatton of Cave City, KY; brothers, Jerry Huser (Cindy) of Flora, IL., Leslie Huser of Indianapolis, IN and Mike Huser (Susan) of Madison, IN., grandchildren, William Michael Smith, Clinton Daniel Smith, and David Austin Conner; great granddaughter, McKenzie Faith Smith and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Grayson Funeral Home in Hanover with burial in New Prospect Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 pm to 8 pm on Saturday and after 11 am on Sunday.
