Robert Dale Shepard, 71 formerly of Otisco, IN passed away on Friday December 2, 2016 at Kindred Wedgwood in Clarksville, IN.
Robert was born on December 18, 1944 in Charlestown, IN to Robert and Anna Margaret Thompson Shepard.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and formerly worked as a painter at Jeff Boat in Jeffersonville, IN and was a member of the North Charlestown Church of God in Charlestown.
He is preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include his son, Bobby Shepard (Carri) of Tangier, IN and a daughter he raised Leslie Bowen of Charlestown, IN; father, Robert Shepard (Marietta) of Otisco, IN; sisters, Fay Wiggam of New Washington, IN, Gloria Hartman of Charlestown, IN; grandchildren, Joey Shepard, Bobby Shepard and Dale Thomas Shepard.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday December 5, 2016 at 2pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Otisco Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 11 am until time of the service.
