Mr. Price passed away Sunday, June 6, 2010 at Clark Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Louisville, KY, an Airforce Veteran, and a iron worker. He is preceded in death by his parents Robort Gordon Price and Margaret Ruth Brown, a brother and his step father. He is survived by his wife Carol Forman-Price of Jeffersonville, sons; Gary Price of New York and Brian G. Price of New York; daughters; Amy Price of Lanconia, IN, and Wendy Price of Sellersburg, IN; sister, Brenda Mills of Charlestown, IN,and 4 grandchildren.
