Robert Allen "Tuff" Franklin

Robert A. “Tuff” Franklin passed away at his residence Friday March 11, 2011.

He was born on May 21, 1964 in Jeffersonville, IN the son of James Herman and Mary Frances Baird Franklin who preceded in him death. Tuff was an operator for Mulzer Crushed Stone Inc. a member of New Washington Masonic Lodge #167 and a retired volunteer fireman for the New Washington Volunteer Fire Department.

Survivors include his daughter, Alexa Franklin, Charlestown; sisters, Pat Stricker, Bonnie Perkins and Kathy Jones all of Marysville and Peggy Hostettler, Franklin, TN; brothers, James “Bub” and Dave Franklin both of Charlestown, Ed Franklin, Marysville; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday March 14, 2011 at 11 AM at the Grayson Funeral Home New Washington, IN with burial in the Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 11-8 PM at Grayson Funeral Home, New Washington and after 9 AM Monday until time of service.
