Rita Faith York, 50, of Charlestown died March 22, 2013 at her home.
She was born on March 31, 1962 in Jefferson County, Kentucky to Floyd R. and Eva Mae Kinsey Simmons. She was a former waitress.
Survivors include her sister; Rebecca Hall of Fairdale, KY, brothers; Lenny Simmons of Shepherdsville, KY, Robert Simmons of Ocala, FL., Gary Simmons of Lexington, KY, Donald Simmons of Charlestown, IN, Anthony Simmons of Louisville, KY and Christopher Simmons of Ocala, FL.
Memorial services will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday March 27, 2013 at Bethel Christian Church in New Washington with graveside services at 1 p.m. at Hibernia Cemetery. Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown is handling the arrangements.
