Ricky was a native of Jeffersonville, a water superintendent for the city of Salem, and a member of the Main Cross Baptist Church in Charlestown. Survivors include his wife Linda Davidson Hogue, son, Justin Hogue, daughter, Jennifer Burton, Step-Son, Jeffery Todd Rue, Sister, Brenda Dean, Mother Rella Hogue, father Jim Hogue, granddaughters, Briana Odle and Abigail Burton.
