Richard Lee Wise, 68, of Nabb, IN, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at the University of Louisville Hospital.
He was born on September 3, 1946 to Ralph and Helen (Dowling) Wise in Scottsburg, IN. He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, a retired machinist for Reliance Electric in Madison for 42 years, a farmer, NRA Member, member of the Family Farm Club in Saluda, IN, and the Chelsea Bass Masters Club.
Mr. Wise was preceded in death by his father Ralph Wise and his brother Dennis Wise.
Survivors include his daughters, Regina Wise Liter of Bedford, KY, and Rhonda Wise Buchanan of Milton, KY; mother, Helen Wise of Nabb, IN; brother, Kenneth Wise of Hanover, IN; grandchildren, Adrienne Harmon, Brooke Liter, Brett Liter, Thomas Freeman, and Kayla Wagers; great-grandchild, Elaine Bushong.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, with burial to follow in the New Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, from 4pm to 8pm, and after 11am on Wednesday.
