Richard James Fetz

Richard James Fetz, 76, of Marysville passed away quietly at home on June 26, 2013 with his wife of almost 46 years by his side. He was a veteran of the US Army.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Earl Fetz, his step father William P. Caudill, his mother Mildred Caudill, and his brother William E. Fetz, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, the former Susie Jane Gibbons, a son and two daughters by a previous marriage, Jimmy Fetz of Jeffersonville, Cathy Kleinsmith, of Manassas, Virginia, and Debbie Ramsey of New Albany; two brothers, Robert Fetz of St. Augustine, FL, and Ronald Fetz of Charlestown; two sisters, Joann Dukes of Depauw, IN and Pauline Lawson of New Albany, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, and many friends and acquaintances.
His hobbies included old cars and trucks and tinkering with and rebuilding lawn mowers.
There will be no viewing, cremation was chosen.
A memorial service will be held at the New Albany Seventh-day Adventist Church at 1101 Silver St at 5:00PM on Saturday June 29, 2013. Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown is in charge of the arrangements.
