Richard Lee Collins, 50, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at his home.
Survivors include his daughter, Shannon Collins of Floyd Knobs, IN; son,
Richard Lee Thomas Collins of Jeffersonville, IN; mother and
step-father, Leta and Vernon Smith of Clarksville, IN; brother, Kevin Collins;
2 Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 1:30pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial to take place in the Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday after 12:30pm.
