Rev. William Bert Gatheridge, 94 of Lexington, IN passed away on Sunday March 16, 2014 at his home.
He was born on June 20, 1919 in Okmulgee, OK. He was a former minister in various local Baptist churches, an Army Air Force Veteran of World War II, a member of the Henryville First Baptist Church, Henryville Masonic Lodge and the Henryville American Legion.
He is Survived by his son Robert Gatheridge of Lexington and grandchildren, Robin Hart of Pendleton, IN, Jolene Porter of Mooresville, IN, Kim Hunt of Homer, IN and Dustin McMillen of Greensburg, IN and 12 great grandchuildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday March 21, 2014 at 11 am at the Henryville First Baptist Church with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Henryville, IN. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3 pm to 8 pm at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown and after 9:30 am on Friday at the church.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Gentiva Hospice or the Indiana Masonic Home in Franklin, IN
