Renita Gayle Fouse, 54 of Charlestown passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at her home.
Mrs. Fouse was born July 27, 1959 in Louisville, KY the daughter of Esmer and Ina Bell Bullock.
Survivors include her husband, Phillip Fouse; daughter, Alisha Frickhoeffer of Charlestown; sons, Daniel Townsend of Bardstown, KY and Roman Townsend of Charlestown; step-son, Joseph Fouse of Charlestown; brothers, Ray Bullock of Charlestown and Dwayne Bullock of Shelbyville, KY; grandchildren, Malachi and James Frickhoeffer, Kaeden and Daelynn Townsend and Madison Fouse.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. Thursday until time of service.
