Phyllis Ann Roberts, 63, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Wednesday,
October 25, 2017 in Caneyville, KY.
She was born on February 12, 1954 to Wendell John and Lillie Dell (Horton) Patrick in Louisville, KY. She was a former deli manager for Winn Dixie, and a clerk for Humana Insurance.
Survivors include her son, Joseph Roberts of St. Louis, MO; brother, John Patrick of Indianapolis, IN.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will begin on Monday from 5pm to 8pm, and after 10am on Tuesday.
