Phillip Wayne Fouse Sr., 69 passed away on Friday, March 1, 2013 in Morgantown, Indiana.
Mr. Fouse was born on July 9, 1943 in Middlesboro, KY the son of Conley and Ella Thelma Goldsmith Fouse. He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include sons, Phillip Fouse, Jr., Charlestown; daughters, Phyllis Dean, Charlestown and Bobbi Jo, Wichita, Kansas; brother, Carl Fouse and half-sister, Pat Hutchinson, Charlestown; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Charlestown Cemetery at 1:30 P.M. Grayson Funeral Home Charlestown is in charge of arrangements.
