Phelps Edwin Parsons, 74, passed away Monday, June 20, 2011 at Maple Manor Nursing Home.
He was born on September 7, 1936 to Edwin L. and Cecilia C. Muth Parsons in Flint, MI. He was an Army Veteran and a retired farmer. He was also a member of the Charlestown Independent Church.
Survivors include his wife; Margaret Ann Peckinpaugh Parsons; sister; Mary Ann Parsons of Charlestown, and brother-in-law and sister-in-law; James and Carol Arnett of Charlestown, IN
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 11am at the Grayson Funeral Home, with burial in the Barnes Cemetery in Nabb, IN. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Thursday.
