Phebie Lorine (Riggs) Frazier

Phebie Lorine Frazier, 55 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020 at Norton’s Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Phebie was born on January 24, 1965 in Paris, TX the daughter of Lonnie Virgil and Dilitha Lorine Elrod Riggs whom preceded her in death. She was of the Assembly of God Faith and worked as a cake decorator for the Jay-C Store in Charlestown, IN and a member of the Fillies Blanket of Hope.

Phebie is survived by her husband, Irvin Dewayne Frazier of Charlestown, IN; daughter, Vanessa Alexandra Frazier of Charlestown, IN; son, Bristol Dewayne Frazier and his wife Andrea of Otisco, IN; Sisters, Eloise Cosby, Patsy Matheson, and Rita Hamner all of Memphis, TX and Kathy Johnson of Bossier, LA; brothers, Lonnie Riggs, Paul Riggs, and Timothy Riggs all of Memphis, TX; numerous nieces and nephews.

Life Celebration Services for Phebie will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Sunday from 12:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. and after 9:00 A.M. Monday until service time.
