Peyton passed away Sunday at Kosair Children's Hospital. He is survived by his parents James Gorbandt and Bobbie Jo Mattingly Mosley, sisters Codie Ann, Faith, and Kaelin Mosely, grandparents John & Sharon Mattingly, Bettie Ann & James Ricketts, Edna Gorbandt, and John Gorbandt. Aunts and Uncles Randy Mattingly, JoLynn & Paul Grayson, JT & Kristen Cox, Carol Stewart, John & Tricia Gorbandt, David Stewart, and Robert Mattingly.
