She was the daughter of the late Willard and Lillie Ledford Duncan and a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband Andy Johnson, Jr.
Survivors include two daughters Linda (Donald) Barkemeyer of Elizabeth, IN and Kim Johnson of Clarksville, IN a son Michael Johnson, three sisters, Edie Altvater of Sebastain, Fl, Shirley Green of Bim, WV and Dianna Maloney of Huber Heights, OH, one brother Jerry Duncan of Alkol, WV and a grandson Andy Barkemeyer
