Mr. Wampler, 36, of Deer Field Beach, FL and formally of Charlestown, IN passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 in Deer Field Beach, FL.
He was born on Sept. 13, 1972 in Jeffersonville, IN to John Paul and Wilma Ann Roberts Wampler. He was a member of North Charlestown Church of God and worked as a Rehab Technician.
He is survived by his mother Wilma Wampler of Charlestown, IN; his sister Melissa Crace of Charlestown, IN; Nephew Jon Michael Crace and Neice Shelby Crace of Charlestown, IN. He was preceded in death by his father John Paul Wampler.
