Mr. Usui died Monday, May 11, 2009 at Westminister Healthcare in Clarksville, IN. He is survived by his sons, Wayne Usui, Charlestown, Miles Usui, Jeffersonville and Mark Usui, Rolling Hills, CA; brother, Masaru Usui, Canoga Park, CA; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
