Paul Richard Spears

Paul Richard Spears 66, of Louisville, KY passed away on Monday April 8, 2019 at his home.

He was born on May 14, 1952 in Louisville, KY to Jack D. and Eva Mae Smith Spears who preceded him in death.  Paul was a Navy Veteran and Respiratory Therapist.

He is survived by his companion, Renauta Alberson of Louisville; son, Jason Spears (Tara) of Pekin, IN; daughters, Kelly Spears of New Albany, IN and Martha Bratcher of Bowling Green, KY; step-daughter, Lisa Johnson of Vanduser, MO; sister, Saundra Chandler of Charlestown, IN; half-brothers, Jimmy Spears of Jeffersonville, IN and Joseph Spears of California; grandchildren, Ashton Spears, Savannah Spears, Lane Kesler and Jack Johnson.

Graveside services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday April 17, 2019 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff, KY.  There will be no visitation.
