Mr. Duncan passed away Monday at Floyd Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife Margaret, two sons; Thomas & Allen Duncan, Three daughters; Paula Fellows, Carol Smith, and Angela Smith, a brother; Jerry Duncan, and four sisters; Shirley Green, Edie Altvater, Pauline Johnson, and Diane Maloney.
