He is survived by his wife the former Barbara Spencer, daughters; Rachel Richards of Ohio, Rebecca Hardesty of New Albany, April Combs of Charlestown, sons; Jason and Daniel Bielefeld both of Charlestown, father; Harold Bielefeld of New Albany, brother; Matt Bielefeld of Boonville, IN, sister; Becky Hutchens of Jeffersonville and two granddaughters.
