Patty Ann Hall, 38, of Charlestown passed away Sunday April 29, 2012 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
She was born on March 20, 1974 the daughter of Rita Ann Hogan who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by two aunts and an uncle.
Survivors include her daughters, Christine and Rita Hall both of Chapmansboro, TN; granddaughter, Allysa (Red) Boll, Chapmansboro, TN; sisters, Kelly Hogan, Patriot, IN, Tammi Bolin, Charlestown and Amy Hogan, Jeffersonville; grandmother, Jean Hogan, Charlestown; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Grayson Funeral Home, Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday until time of service.
