Patty Jean Colwell

Patty Jean Colwell, 55 of New Washington, IN. passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at the University of Louisville Hospital.  She was born on June 24, 1969, to Paul and Brenda G. Standafer Colwell in Leslie County, Kentucky.

Patty worked as an E.M.S. Dispatcher.  She loved crafting, anything from memory bears, and quilts, to glitter cups and anything else to be glittered was her favorite.  Patty enjoyed reading, and dumpster diving, and as of late, she fell in love with TEMU shopping.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis; sons, Chris Vineyard and Logan Vineyard of Marysville, IN; daughter, Kaela Vineyard of Houston, TX, grandchildren, Avett and Finley; sisters, Cricket Jackson and Sue Harper and sister-in-law, Lisa Cowell.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Billy Colwell.

Cremation was chosen and no formal services are scheduled at this time.
