Patricia L (Fields) Mullins

Patricia L Mullins, 71 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the Hampton Oaks Health Campus in Scottsburg, IN.  She was born on November 5, 1952, in Whitesburg, KY, to the late Shelvy and Okra Mae Akeman Fields.

Patricia worked as a waitress and liked listening to music, reading, and talking with people.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, John Stanley Mullins in 2022, and by her siblings, Hubert Fields, Jarvis Fields, and Phyllis Haas.

Patricia is survived by her sons, John ‘Mike’ Mullins of Charlestown, IN., and Ivan D Mullins of Otisco, IN; her granddaughter, Brianna Mullins of Pigeon, MI; her brother, William ‘Jay’ Fields of Orlando, FL; and her special niece, December Hargrove of Salem, IN.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, May 13, 2024, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, IN with burial at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Otisco.  Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm on Monday.
