Mr. Baxter passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at St. Catherine Regional Hospital in Charlestown.
He was born January 3, 1928 in Memphis, IN the son of John S. and Mrytle Orman Baxter. He was a former employee of American Filter Company in Louisville where he drove a forklift and he served in the US Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his sister Fern Giltner of Charlestown, IN.
Cremation was chosen and no services are scheduled.
