Olean Anderson, 80 of Hanover passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2015 at King’s Daughters’ Hospital.
Mrs. Anderson was born on July 22, 1934 in Horse Cave, KY the daughter of Charlie and Zula Dennison Logsdon. She was a former employee with the old Charlestown Ammunition Plant, Meyers Manufacturing, Madison Precision, Morgan Foods in Austin, IN and also worked at Reed Orchards for several years.
Survivors include her daughters, Charlotte Craig(Rick) and Linda Bian(John) both of Hanover; son, Eddie Anderson(Cindy) of Nabb, IN; sister, Ruby Jewel Anderson of Ghent, KY; four grandchildren, Barry, Ricky, Eddie and Tina; 12 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William G. Anderson and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 8, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Hanover with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. and after 9:00 A.M. Wednesday until time of service. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Olean may take the form of donations to Mt. Zion Cemetery.
