Ms. Troutman passed away Wednesday October 13, 2004 at her home. She is survived by her sons Marchman & Maxie Lee Meredith, a daughter Wanda F. Meredith, a step-daughter Rita Fay Thomas, and three sisters. There will be no visitation.
