Mr. Mullins was born September 26, 1937 in Amburgey, KY to Newton and Elizabeth Mullins. He retired a 40 year employee of the Old Louisville Cement Company and Essroc company in Sellersburg and attended Antioch Old Regular Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife the former Patricia Darnley; three sons, Taylor, Roy J. and Kenneth Ray Mullins; a daughter, Wilma Jean Wooten; two brothers Eldridge Dee Mullins and William Mullins; two sisters Fronia Fields and Irene Nickles; 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
