Naomi Elizabeth (Tucker) Montgomery

Naomi Elizabeth Montgomery, 88 of Madison died Sunday morning February 17, 2013 at Kings’ Daughter’s Hospital.
She was born on July 29, 1924 in Clark County, IN to Joe and Lura Haycox Tucker and lived most of all of her life in the Saluda community.  Mrs. Montgomery was a member of the New Prospect Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years Joe who died on Nov. 3, 2011, five brothers; Charlie, Burt, Roy, Ott and Tom, five sisters; Loretta, Thelma, Iola, Della and Myrtle.
She is survived by a daughter; Nancy Montgomery (Mike) of Mason, OH., son; Donald Montgomery of Seymour, IN., grandchildren; Cathy Moore of Jeffersonville, IN , Rick Montgomery of Indianapolis, IN, Todd Montgomery of Mason, OH and Jamey Tucker of Denver, CO, great grandchildren Kendall and Kora Miller of Denver, CO, Alex Moore of China and Josh Goode of New Albany, IN.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday February 20, 2013 at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, IN with burial in New Prospect Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
