Martie passed away Sunday, Aug. 16, 2009 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.
Martie was born December 4, 1945 in Austin, IN the daughter of Stephen Allen and Cassie Wooten Chambers. She was a United States Army Veteran and a member of the Charlestown Road Southern Baptist Church in New Albany a former member of the New Albany American Legion and enjoyed reading, knitting and crochet.
She is survived by her daughters, Josephine Nakata, Aurora, Colorado and Casondra Randall-Barr, Jeffersonville, IN; sister, Bonnie Dutton-Riall, Jeffersonville, IN; and three grandchildren.
