Mona Lisa “Shaffer” Ard, 57 of South Sioux City, NE, formerly of Hanover died Monday, October 31, 2016 at her home.
She was born July 28, 1959 in Madison, IN. She is survived by her husband Rick Ard; two daughters Abby Phagan & partner Carmie Rangel of Rochester, IN and Meagan Owens of Sioux City, Iowa; her father Dick Shaffer of Hanover; brothers: Gary Shaffer & wife Cara of Hanover, Ed Shaffer & wife Jacki of Hanover, and Rich Shaffer &wife Dixie of Meadville, Pennsylvania; two
granddaughters and one grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Ruth Shaffer; sister Mary Ann Shaffer Perner and her son Zebediah Phagan.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday November 12 at 11:00 AM at the Grayson Funeral Home in Hanover. Visitation will be on Saturday morning beginning at 10:00AM until the time of the service.
