Mrs. Smothers, 86, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2008 at Green Valley Care Center.
She was born on Sept. 15, 1922 in Gravel Switch, KY to Robert and Georgia Ballard Williamson. She was a retired bag room inspector at ICI and a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter Helen Miles of Charlestown; her sons Bobby Smothers of Henryville, IN and Ephriom Smothers of Charlestown, IN. She was preceded in death by son, Terry Lee Smothers. Mildred had 11 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren.
