Mrs. Collins a native of Letcher Co., KY was born on August 28, 1928 to Andrew and Polly Mullins Combs and died Sunday February 11, 2007 at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was a homemaker and member of the Providence Regular Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters; Betty Bower of New Washington, Linda Fellows of Charlestown and Donna Williams of Atlanta, GA., sisters Maxie Mullins, Kathleen Cornett and Geneva Gentry, brothers, George and Paul Eldridge six grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
