Mrs. Boyer passed away Thursday, January 3, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, William E. Boyer and a daughter Judith Ann. For 32 years Mildred and her husband owned and operated the Boyer Locker Plant in New Washington. For over a half century she was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Washington and also an avid quilt maker and gardner. She is survived by her children Carol Hoppus, Jan Boyer and William A. Boyer; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
