Michelle Crista Barr

Michelle Crista Barr, 47 of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Friday, February 10, 2017 at her home after a long illness.
She was the daughter of Brenda Biggers Barr and granddaughter of Wesley “Buster” Homer Barr whom have gone on before her.
Michelle retired from the Census Bureau in 2004. She started in 1997 and held various positions while at the Bureau. They varied from Data Entry Clerk to being a Supervisor during the 2000 Census for two different departments. During this stint she traveled to various Bureau sites and received many awards during her 7 years of dedicated service. She graduated from Western Kentucky University and Indiana University South East.
Michelle accepted Christ as her Savior at the age of 7. She was a member of Gilt Edge Baptist Church in Jeffersonville. Michelle will be joining her family and friends waiting in heaven. Cremation was chosen with no services and Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown is in charge of arrangements.
