Mrs. Osborn, 51, of Otisco, IN died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2009 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital in Charlestown, IN. She was born on Feb. 26, 1957 in Jeffersonville, IN to Robert Eugene and Phyllis Hebner Foster who preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband Daniel Osborn, a son: Jason Osborn of Otisco, a daughter: Danielle Osborn of Otisco, sister: Teresa Foster of Jeffersonville and a brother: Kevin Foster of New Washington, IN.
