Michael Ray Davis, age 48, of Charlestown, IN passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital.
He was born September 7, 1963, in Perry County, Kentucky the son of Roosevelt Sr. and Maxine Sumner Davis. He was preceded in death by his father, wife, Mary Barnes Davis and a daughter Whitley Davis.
Survivors include his wife Jackie Chapman Davis; daughters, Amber and Tabatha Davis both of Charlestown; mother, Maxine Davis, Charlestown; sisters, Linda Cross and Vada Spear both of Charlestown; brothers, Leonard Davis, George Wayne Davis, J.C. Douglas Davis and Roosevelt Davis Jr. all of Charlestown; grandchild, Bentley Davis, Charlestown; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday June 22, 2012 at Grayson Funeral Home, Charlestown with burial in Old Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be held beginning at 12 noon until time of service Friday.
