Michael Shade Combs, 36 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Monday May 15, 2017 at Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, IN.
He was born on September 25, 1980 in Jeffersonville, IN to Bennett Combs and Janet Sue Ballard Combs. He was a former electrician and employee of Pillsbury in New Albany, IN. He was preceded in death by his son, Benjamin Combs.
Survivors include his father, Bennett Combs of Charlestown; mother and step-father, Janet and Bill Roach of Marysville, IN; Fiancé, Brittany Cross of Charlestown; son, Joshua Bledsoe of Borden, IN; step-son, Nathaniel Sprigler of Charlestown; sister, Bridget Viers of Scott AFB, Il; step-brother, Michael Roach of Marysville, IN; grandmother, Evelyn Ballard of Marysville.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday May 19, 2017 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Old Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 pm on Thursday and after 9 am on Friday.
