Mrs. Alber was born on October 5, 1942 to Sherril and Thelma Tucker Hostetler in Clark Co., IN and died Sunday January 18, 2009 at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Scottsburg. She was a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church and is survived by her husband Jim Alber.
