Ms. Cecil, 67, of Charlestown, IN passed away Jan. 5, 2009 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital.
She was born on Aug. 1, 1941 in Marion County, KY the daughter of Joseph Paul and Mary Bernetta Newton Ballard who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her two sons Robert P. Cecil, Charlestown, IN and Larry Cecil, Birmingham, AL; daughter Paula Stonebraker, Jeffersonville, IN; brothers Joe Ballard, Louisville, KY, Gary Ballard, Lebanon, KY, Eddie Ballard, Loretta, KY, Ricky Ballard, Bardstown, KY and Timmy Ballard Springfield, KY; sisters Joann Clement, Bardstown, KY, Barbara Middleton, Lanesville, IN, Pam Miles, Loretta, KY, Marlene Richie, Tennessee, and Sheila Ruley, Springfield, KY; grandchildren James R. Cecil, Louisville, KY, Tyler Southard, Jeffersonville, IN and Hunter Cecil, Birmingham, AL.
